At Knight & Day our team understand that all people require assistance as they undertake transition processes such as an educational, developmental, social, vocational, physical, or emotional nature.
At Knight & Day our supportive assistance focuses on developing and enhancing domestic skills that allow participants to live autonomously.
Our support services can also be delivered within a shared living environment such as units or host family arrangement.
Our supports services include
- Assist with toileting and cleaning.
- Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene.
- Assistance with medication as per the direction.
- Assist with dressing.
- Assist with feeding, meal preparation.
- Assist, monitor or prompt personal health care.
- Assist and observe different personal care plan.
- Assist all household activities.
