At Knight & Day our team understand that all people require assistance as they undertake transition processes such as an educational, developmental, social, vocational, physical, or emotional nature.
At Knight &Day our personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life
for example:
- Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming.
- Assist with toileting, bladder and bowel management including menstrual care.
- Assist with medication as per the direction.
- Assist with feeding, and meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Arranging and attending medical appointments.
- Assisting you to be active in the community and supporting you to arrange activities.
- Coordination of other supports such as cleaning and laundry duties.
- Assist Incidental household supports
